A Nominee Director of Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB), Datin Norazah brings extensive experience spanning strategic advisory, corporate leadership and legal practice. Her distinguished career includes senior roles with leading global consulting firms such as Boston Consulting Group and Booz, Allen & Hamilton, as well as experience in legal practice.

As Setia continues to strengthen its position as a leading real estate company, Datin Norazah’s broad expertise and strategic perspectives will further enhance the Board’s ability to provide effective oversight, support long-term value creation and guide the Group’s growth agenda in an evolving business environment.

With more than two decades of experience across the consulting, finance, education and non-profit sectors, Mr Chen brings deep expertise in corporate strategy, organisational transformation, governance and enterprise risk management. His multidisciplinary perspective will support the Group’s efforts to enhance resilience, strengthen governance practices and drive sustainable long-term growth.
