I have been off for a while taking a break ; ~)
I am working on a new way to operate my yoga school

I want to offer my 200hr YTT Vinyasa course to qualified 500hr teachers! They can then set up and run their very own 200hr YTT course.

This 2 week intensive course is for everyone who wants to spend time in a safe environment to learn yoga, meditation, pranayama and about yourself. You will journal, do day yoga, meditation, pranayama and listen to theory classes. You will participate in Vinyasa class making and Alignment.
