Today we’re introducing Eduardo Martínez, AKA Lalo.

Originally from Toluca, Lalo arrived at Mestixa with a curiosity for ingredients, new flavors, and the way a dish can completely transform an experience.

Lalo is passionate about sharing service with people from different places, learning from each of them, and making every dish feel intentional and full of personality.

If we had to describe him as a Mestixa dish, he would be the Tuna Tostada: fresh, balanced, and full of flavor and texture in every bite.

This season already looks promising, but honestly… the games are just the excuse.

The good part comes with good drinks, great company, and the energy from our team that turns every game into a plan. And yes, our sandos are here for the night too: for the one who goes all in from the start, for the one who always craves something from the sea, or for the one living the avocado lifestyle. Because at Mestixa, there’s always something to match your mood from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm

Sake Cocotini.

Made with sake, house-made coconut horchata, and vodka infused with coconut oil.

Creamy, light, and with a sweetness that comes through without being too much. Delicious, and a favorite among true sake lovers.

For the third consecutive year, Mestixa has been awarded a Bib Gourmand in the MICHELIN Guide 2026.

This recognition reflects the work, passion, and energy of our entire team at Mestixa, alongside the vision of chefs Daniken, José Luis, and chef María; Majo behind the bar; and everyone who has guided this kitchen with dedication and heart since the very beginning.
