“That’s not for me. I’m too logical.”
“I’m spiritual. I can’t be kinky.”
“I’m analytical. I’m not creative.”
How often do we let “I am this” become “so I can’t explore that”?
What I loved about the essay on magic was the invitation to see science, art, and magic as different directions we can turn toward. Each offers questions, clues, language, and practices that can help us discover something about ourselves.
Sometimes we need a way out of our heads and into our bodies. Sometimes we’re swimming in feelings and need structure. A way to turn what we feel into a clear next step.
Pause, take in and see the pure joy cross my face as I share new pathways of feeling. Her sweet surrender and yet such poise. The lines of the rope bring structure, form, and shape together to awe the artist and the architect alike. There’s sensation, connection, and the meaning each person brings to the experience. So many ways into the same moment.
In my sh!bar! and k!!nk sessions, we explore through play, ritual, art, and archetypes.
We get curious about who we are, which parts of us want expression, and how we can wield our power with intention. A force we can learn to direct, flow with, and evolve through.
You can love logic and be moved by a ritual. You can be creative and crave structure. You can question something and still be curious enough to explore it.
The next season of K!nk is upon us,
Begins Nov 7
and we’re taking our practices deeper: new scenes, new perspectives, and discovering how what we practice in play can move into our lives.
Whether you come from religion, science, the arts, or magic, there’s a doorway for all into this exploration.
What might you discover if “that’s not for me” became “what could this teach me?” 💜

The Queen is tying…but she is also kneeling.
Each year, when I offer my ShibarTea experiences, I call upon the women who came before me: women who made it possible for us to inhabit our eroticism, intelligence, pleasure, and power without apology.
Women who were not simply behind powerful men, but beside them advising, negotiating, creating systems, moving people into action, and sometimes becoming the power themselves.
This year, I called upon Zheng Yi Sao, the Pirate Queen of China.
When her husband died, she did not disappear into his shadow. She united rival fleets, commanded thousands, established codes that sustained an empire, negotiated with governments, and ultimately chose the terms upon which she left the sea.
Her story reminds me that power is not only domination.
Power is charisma.
Power is diplomacy.
Power is structure.
Power is knowing when to command, when to surrender, and when to transform.
I bring these stories to my ShibarTea table.
We gather around it, each sitting within our own internal process while connecting outwardly to the curation of art, reform, and community. Music moves through the space as rope, breath, rhythm, and flesh become prayer.
The rope becomes both restraint and revelation because surrender does not erase power. Sometimes, surrender is where we finally meet it.
Thank you, Bisous 💋 , for giving my art a home in which to breathe, play, and perform. Thank you, Nicolas Alcala , for curating worlds around my craft that I get to step into and bring alive. And thank you to my muses from Justine Bean , who offered me her body and trust, to Zheng Yi Sao, whose story moved through my hands and rope.
Surrounded by DJs, performers, old friends, new connections, and a community gathering in pleasure, I was reminded why I create.
Come sit at my table.
Listen to the women they tried to forget.
Sip tea from my cup from this heavenly body.
Let the rope awaken what has been sleeping.

I play with pleasure as ritual and the feminine body as holy sacrament soft, sensitive, sensual, intelligent. A body that carries memory, creates life, holds grief, and still opens itself to ecstasy

Last year was my year of rest and play.
This year? The Queen is coming out to play properly. 😏🔥
Find me serving tea, serving looks, and occasionally being the dish the ice cream comes on. 😉
Tying bodies to things. Pouring tea on willing company. Hosting a few secret rodeo roundups…
Will you be my little pony? 🐎
This year I’m riding solo across the playa, following my own appetite for adventure. There’s something delicious about getting to be with myself. Choosing my own pace. Seeing where curiosity takes me without needing to know how the night ends.
And still… my friends are never far. Neither are the precarious positions, questionable detours, or laughter that leaves me folded in half.
Last year will be hard to beat.
But I do love a challenge.
Queen of play and pleasure reporting for mischief and much needed relief. 👑💜
Come find me.
Let’s play.

I MAKE PEOPLE FEEL
Society, culture, ourselves numb.
Our brain wants a break.
We are processing life at a speed that very often we do things cope habit stack to “be productive”
And sometimes it’s all just to numb to build a life around an American Dream, a fad sense of reality that was never really ours.
I bawled driving home in LA traffic one day realizing I too was following a step by step climb the ladder that I had assumed would get me where I wanted and really I just learned to be really good at managing my emotions.
I learned to fill voids and then when in desperation and sleeping all weekend I had nothing to show for.
Finally the day I cracked open and bawled and felt I knew I wanted to create a soft landing a space for others to break open
To feel how much they had been coping and then be like f**k this is hard work
But in the pain and hardness to rebuild again I wanted to infuse play in the pain play in the hard play in the emotions and let the rage the sorrow the grief be better than not feeling and running away from being lost or left behind.
Guess what I found you
You’re not left behind
And now I’m gonna make you feel.
Come play in my queendom
