Binational Talent Strategy for Regional Growth
COSTEP is strengthening a binational platform connecting education, talent, and industry across South Texas and Northern Tamaulipas.

The BHAC Dashboard now integrates data from 34 educational institutions and complements COSTEP’s Industrial Data System, which includes information from approximately 315 manufacturing companies across the region.

The goal: identify talent capabilities and gaps, connect companies with the right academic and technical programs, and strengthen the workforce needed to support nearshoring and industrial growth on both sides of the border.
