Great content deserves a great home. This morning was spent empowering the team at Luntha Television to take full control of their web presence - ensuring their digital platform matches the calibre of their broadcasting.

It is this commitment to excellence that led to their special recognition at the recent 2026 MISA Malawi Awards for impartial, courageous, and professional broadcasting.

Couldn't be happier to be associated with Luntha TV for over 15 years.

Why Your Team is the Secret Weapon for Website Content Development - Project4 Digital Design 28/01/2026

Your best content creators aren't on your marketing team!

In 2026, "generic" content is invisible. If you want your website content development to actually move the needle, you need to look at your frontline staff.

Your sales team, your receptionists, and your technicians are the ones with the answers to your customers' most pressing questions. Why aren't those answers on your website?

By tapping into your team’s Subject Matter Experts, you build:
✅ Genuine trust with your visitors.
✅ A stronger presence online.
✅ A site that solves customer problems even while you sleep.

Read our latest guide on how to turn your staff into a content engine:

Why Your Team is the Secret Weapon for Website Content Development - Project4 Digital Design Staff are a valuable resource when it comes to website content development. They interact with different stakeholders throughout the day.

Is your website just a digital brochure?

Most corporate websites are great at saying what you sell, but they are terrible at showing who you are. In an era where AI can generate 1,000 product descriptions in seconds, "Human-First" content is your only true competitive advantage.

This is why your corporate blog is more important in 2026 than it was five years ago. It’s not just about writing articles—it’s about:

✅ Building Expertise, Authoritativeness and Trust.
✅ Owning your content instead of "renting" it from social algorithms.
✅ Answering the burning questions your sales team hears every day.

Acquiring a new donor is five times more expensive than keeping an existing one. What did your donors hear from you after they donated?

For most non-profits, the answer is "not much." A single thank-you email isn't enough to build a relationship. An automated email journey is.

Imagine if every new donor automatically received a series of emails showing them:
→ The immediate impact of their specific donation.
→ A story from someone they've helped.
→ Other ways to get involved beyond just giving money.

This is how you turn a one-time donor into a lifelong advocate for your cause.

Let's build the automated system that nurtures your most important relationships.

I collaborated with St. Kizito Parish Chigoneka in the Archdiocese of Lilongwe, Malawi, as they celebrated their Golden Jubilee in June 2025.

My role involved designing the official event logo and a comprehensive suite of commemorative materials for this historic celebration. This project compromised:
- The Golden Jubilee event logo
- Commemorative cloth (Chitenje) and apparel
- Banners
- Booklets
- Promotional online assets
- Social media and website management

It was a privilege to contribute visually to such a significant moment in the parish's history.

The Civil Society Agriculture Network (Cisanetmw) is a grouping of civil society organisations that facilitates the engagement of CSOs working in the agriculture sector. We partnered with them to develop a website that facilitates their engagement, amplifies their collective impact, and serves as a central hub for information and collaboration within the agriculture sector.
