25 years of Mis-Teeq!! Licking it on both sides 🥹❤️ And getting to celebrate my girls at OVO Arena Wembley was something really special.

So much of the music we made back then became part of the soundtrack to a generation, and last night felt like a beautiful celebration of UK music, Black British culture and the wider diaspora that helped shape the sound we all came from. 🇬🇧🌍

Big love to Rampage for having me as part of Rampage & Friends, and BIG UP every single artist who touched that stage. So many friends, so much history, so much talent in one building. ❤️

And most importantly, congratulations to my sisters Mis-Teeq. 25 YEARS!! What a legacy. What a moment. What a show.

Every week I run around the Restaurant cajoling, begging, pleading, pulling and trying to organise people into an orderly queue to prepare for the table dance. Once everyone is engaged it is executed and it is over. They want to do it again because it was so much fun, lol join us we’re here every Wednesday. birthday big ups to Ash, Anna & Rhea x

What’s the endgame here and please don’t say it’s for the environment because we know that’s all a farce if they actually cared about the world and the environment. They wouldn’t be sending little African kids down into the mines to get lithium to drive their onslaught of electric cars that cannot be recycled and leave a bigger carbon footprint in the long run than your vilified diesel or petrol vehicle.
