Creating a Community of Excellence Learners Excel Learning Centre (ELC) is a full-fledged tertiary education and training centre.

Excel Learning Centre's objective is to offer quality and MQA recognized and approved tertiary education opportunities to as many people of Maldives, at a competitive price. With this aim, Excel Learning Centre began its journey and by the countless efforts to provide tertiary education to the people of Maldives, on 22nd of February 2012. Excel Learning Centre was registered and approved by the Department of Higher Education.
