SPT geotechnical ground assessment ongoing for the upcoming new Villa College South Wing Tower 1. The building will house classrooms, office, study areas, and other student facilities in the sprawling campus. The views from the building will be nothing short of spectacular and design has ensured these panaromic views are extensively provided for student independent as well as group study areas.

Retrofitting to enhance carrying load.
This is a floor slab cast in a building in a project in outer atoll. The concrete is not compacted nearly enough either due to poor vibration or because of an issue in the concrete mix - as a result water poured above leaks immediately to floor below.
Even if it’s a project in island hiring a qualified engineer always saves client from falling into trouble such as this. One visit or even a zoom call can help workers ensure quality isn’t compromised.
