Hello beautiful people,
I will be opening my yoga studio at Riverview Commercial Centre, Black River - 2nd October.
I will be providing a variety of Hatha yoga classes at my studio for:
- Beginners and more advanced
- Cancer patients and survivors
- Kids
What is Hatha yoga?
Hatha yoga uses physical poses to generate strength and flexibility and to drive energy into all areas of the body, removing any built up tension.
The purpose of the practice is to create complete health of your mind and body and to allow breath and energy to flow through you freely.

I have been away in Bali doing a Yoga Teacher training course. I am back in Mauritius now and excited for this years adventures!
