Hi, my name is Marjorie Manar.

Certified in Pre and Postnatal fitness and in Sports Nutrition, i am here to help moms rebuild strength in their core and help women, pregnant or not, get stronger and more confident through movement while helping them understand their bodies.

As each body is different, tailor-made workouts are done for each individual while considering fitness level whether pre or postpartum or pregnant.
