As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of CICADA, ensuring every customer who walks through our doors feels welcomed, inspired, and well taken care of.

We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable team member who genuinely enjoys helping people feel at home. You’ll be a trusted guide, skilled at understanding customers’ needs and smoothly helping them find the perfect solutions. Your ability to make the shopping experience easy and exciting will make all the difference. Having basic understanding of interior design trends and home improvements, is a strong advantage.

Greet and assist customers with product selection and styling advice
Process transactions using our POS system
Maintain store presentation and cleanliness
Restock and merchandise products
Support stock inventory and deliveries
Build strong product knowledge and share our brand stories with customers
Willingness to learn and take initiative in researching our product range and brand stories

Any marketing, content creation, or design experience is considered a strong plus

Training & Support:
Full training will be provided during the first few weeks. You’ll be introduced to our shop systems, sales approach, and the unique products we stock. We also encourage independent research to become familiar with the designers and brands we carry
