It’s always satisfying to be able to take a project from concept all the way to finishings.
This apartment is in the perfect spot, but unfortunately was in the wrong decade when we first saw it. With concepts, moods and designs done, we set about gutting the property, sourced materials and fabricated bespoke furniture seeing the project through all the way to its final stages of finishing and decoration.
We're rather pleased with the way this conversion turned out more so with the new owners loving every space of their new luxury home.

The owner of this small apartment in a premium residential block wanted to deck it out in designer finishes and space-saving, bespoke furniture. We designed and visualised the entire space in 3D and prepared all the technical drawings for fabrication.

We're as excited about this conversion as are the new owners to experience their new home. Deadline is fast approaching and works are in full swing. Check out this space in a couple of weeks.

Respecting classics by modernising them is something of a Miko speciality.
When the 21-foot day-cruiser was launched by Coronet in the early ‘70s it was an instant hit. The one that came to us had seen better days but we’re not the type to be put off by a couple of decades of neglect. We stripped the boat to its bare structure and carried out all works needed to start from a hull that can withstand the most arduous of use. The fun started with a two-tone custom spray job, custom-fabricated stainless steel and glass windshield, portholes and fender trim, design and build of a new driving station, upholstery, all custom joinery even little cocktail cabinets in her cosy cabin space. It was completely fitted out with new stainless steel gas tanks, cooking station, cassette-type fridge and finished with new teak both on deck and inside the cockpit area.

Another exciting project we are proud to have been part of. Seamless collaboration with like-minded individuals on such a challenging, on-site custom build project was key. The result - a space fitting for the fastest growing retail brand in Europe. Dan John Malta - Level 0, The Point Shopping Mall, Sliema.

The brief was simple. Create seven individually unique suites and common spaces that welcome guests to the charm of living in a quaint Maltese village. Bright and airy spaces that are equally functional and beautiful making any guest eager to come home to.

They needed a custom stand for their baby mobile that was intricately handcrafted for a special little being. We started off with custom design and the creation of the prototype, and we're with them all the way through to fabrication when needed.

Art is all around us. Artworks from Sortwo (https://instagram.com/mr.sor2) feature on some walls at the run-down White Rocks complex in Bahar ic-Caghaq, Malta. We got in touch and flew him down from the Basque country in the north of Spain to our studios to create a couple of unique wall-art pieces for a commercial work space we had designed and fabricated for a client of ours at Spinola Park in St Julians. Unique art that will surely not be lost to construction or development - Preserve Art!
