Il-Kunsill Lokali tal-Mellieħa javża lill-pubbliku li nhar il-Ħadd, 16 ta’ Novembru 2025, ser tiġi organizzata l-ICC National Hillclimb Championship – Ta’ Pennellu f’Dawret il-Mellieħa bejn is-7:00am u l-5:00pm.

Għal dan il-għan, parti minn Triq Lewis Wettinger (il-Mellieħa Bypass) ser tkun magħluqa ma’ Triq Edward Camilleri u l-kilometru ma’ Triq il-Marfa.

Rigward it-trasport pubbliku, ir-rotta numru 101 mhux ser tiġi affettwata.

Triq il-Prajjiet (it-triq li twassal lejn Popeye Village) ser tibqa’ miftuħa għal min irid jagħmel użu minnha. Fuq il-post ser ikun hemm uffiċjali ta’ Transport Malta biex jidderieġu t-traffiku.

The Mellieħa Local Council would like to inform the public that on Sunday, 16th November 2025, the ICC National Hillclimb Championship – Ta’ Pennellu will be held around Dawret il-Mellieħa between 7:00am and 5:00pm.

For this purpose, a section of Triq Lewis Wettinger (the Mellieħa Bypass) will be closed between the kilometre point near Triq Edward Camilleri and the point near Triq il-Marfa.

With regard to public transport, bus route 101 will not be affected.

Triq il-Prajjiet (the road leading to Popeye Village) will remain open for use. Transport Malta officials will be present on site to direct traffic.

Triq Ġnien Ingraw
Meanwhile, Triq is-Santwarju will operate as a one-way (outbound).
