SCBO is a charity organization in Myanmar aiming to address various issues in the nation. It has been a rare charity in Mandalay for over 110 years.
Currently we operate locally to the city of Yangon within 45 townships, we are looking to expand our influence across the entire country. The Malun Rice Donation Association was established 11 years after the reign of King Thibaw in 1885. It is an organization that has been active and thriving for over a hundred years.
