Proud to see our Creative Director Laura Lapiņa on this year’s Golden Drum jury!

Over the past year, work led by her has earned Latvia’s highest industry honors - Grand Prix in both advertising and design, as well as recognition at international festivals.

But what makes her even more remarkable is that her impact goes far beyond the agency. Laura is co-founder and organizer of the international writing festival ‘Rakstivāls’. Moreover, she is an active volunteer in senior care homes and mentors others to get involved.

Thanks to her creativity, community engagement, and social commitment, she makes a meaningful impact and has gained the experience to not only create but also evaluate the best campaigns.
