“Focus on the user and all else will follow” – is the key philosophy of Google. Apple products are famous because Apple believes that each detail matters, if it delights the user. Facebook, Amazon and others have their User Experience (UX) teams to build the best user experience possible for their website, mobile /other applications. However, it’s not a rocket science for global brands only. Usability is about improving life and making technology user friendly and intuitive. All this can be achieved with the help of few simple techniques that are available for anyone that we are going to cover during the conference. UXRiga conference is designed as a two day practical event, targeted on in-house digital, e-commerce and development department representatives, designers and developers, as well as local web design agencies. The purpose if this conference is to promote usability and user experience approach in Latvia. The working language of the conference and workshops is English.
