I am so happy to share that Rachie's Kitchen is back! Wahoo! Thank you all for your patience and support. Sometimes a little break can reignite the fire of creativity!

Just small note to all the lovely people that have reached out to me for other orders recently- I am very sorry that I was not able to help! These next few months are quite busy already and I am not able to take on any orders outside of the weekly menu.

Here are some highlights from the last 2 weeks.

There was so much interest in ordering the organic chicken shawarma menu that I have extended the meal for this coming week. I currently have 2 slots left to order (8th or 9th). Please let me know if you’d like to order by sending a message.

I also have some time to make more meals for the last week of March. The menu is a healthy and aromatic stew with organic chicken thighs cooked in a rich and flavorful saffron and tomato broth with chickpeas and Kalamata olives served with steamed jasmine rice. Dates left to order are for the 28th March- 31st.

It's been a busy couple of weeks. The family meals are a really well received and I have completely booked up for February. I may be able to add on some extra family meals (chicken taco meal and meat kofta meal) for the last 2 weeks including the desserts which can be ordered with out the dinner, so if you are interested, please get in touch. You can find the detailed menu on my last post.

I will be publishing March's menu the last week of February. If I don't have your email, and you wish to recieve the menu, please send me a DM and I can add you to my mailing list. As I said February booked up fast. So to avoid disappointment, please try to let me know your order as early as possible.

Joy to the world and to the smells coming from my kitchen lately!
I am so thrilled to share my new collection of gourmet bio chocolate chip and toasted nut cookie holiday gift boxes! The perfect yummy gift for teachers, friends, family and colleagues.

Each cookie is chock full of toasted hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts and a touch of smoked salt. All cookies are home made with organic ingredients. Gold boxes are decorated with ribbon, ornament and fresh cut, sweet smelling leaves.

Each box contains 6 cookies @ €8 per box and cookies are baked to order.

Limited quantities will be available for pick up starting this Friday thru next week or sell out.

Also, If anyone would like to try my new recipe for vegan pumpkin soup -or- chili loaded with meat and vegetables, I can prepare them for next Monday or Tuesday. Each order comes with approx. 4 liters of soup and can be frozen to enjoy for another time.

Each box will contain 6 cupcakes and are €25 per box.

Made with all organic ingredients aside from the pastry and pistachios. Filled with warm spices, toasted almonds, walnuts and pistachios with a home made honey soaking syrup infused with citrus and orange blossom.
