ELCH Restaurant is looking for a talented and passionate Executive Chef to lead and develop its kitchen in Luxembourg.

We are searching for a creative culinary leader with strong management skills, modern gastronomic vision, and experience in high-quality restaurants.

Profile

* Minimum 5 years of experience in quality restaurants or fine dining establishments
* Experience as Executive Chef, Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
* Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
* Creativity, discipline and attention to detail
* Knowledge of modern European and international cuisine
* Experience in menu development and cost control
* French or English required

Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the kitchen team
* Create and develop seasonal menus
* Maintain high culinary standards
* Organize kitchen operations and service
* Control food cost and suppliers
* Ensure hygiene and quality standards
