Our story

The Year 2013 marks the beginning of our story. It all started with the group of professionals that wanted to help clients without following complex processes of big corporations. They wanted to have the freedom to create, explore various options and implement their ideas. These were the key factors leading to the concept of RackRay’s way of providing the data center services.

At RackRay we avoid working in a hurry-scurry manner and highly focus on ensuring the best quality, security, and reliability. So, besides providing services from IT infrastructure building, reliable housing to maintenance and support, we’ve also built our very own data center in a former military-purposed building (as you can see, we take our top-notch security promise seriously). Today it is one of the biggest and modern data centers in Baltics and has ⅔ Lithuania-based websites under its “roof”. Not only that, it holds Tier III certification which shows that our data center is designed and built according to the standard of Uptime Institute’s Tier III data centers and ensures 99.982% availability.

We do not offer a wide range of different kind of services so that’s why we can guarantee in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of our field.
