Today we're participating in STARTUP FAIR 2018 event in Vilnius (Lithuania), with a mission to introduce our project to potential investors, to look for new contacts and to listen to some more success stories. Let's meet here tomorrow again!

Good afternoon, Ladies and Gentlemen! I'm Tomas Grigas, CEO and co-founder at Real Easy. And here we are… with a bit of nervousness and anxiety we enter the gates of our first-to-be-tokenized villa.

Despite the fact, that weather forecasts were showing heavy rains with lightning, upon entering Marche region, the sun rays greeted us through the clouds, sending clear welcoming message. What a relief. As this villa was chosen from the list of more than 20 others, we had quite big expectations towards it and I can say, that they were met in full.

The history of villa begun in 18th century, whereas present owners rebuilt it carefully preserving its natural orientation towards Adriatic Sea. WHAT A VIEW! You can stare for hours inhaling mixture of flower blossom and sea aromas. It is simple to imagine yourself sunbathing with good local wine and afterwards taking refreshing jump into the pool.

I’m happy to say that our thorough analysis produced wonderful result.
