What is Decision Velocity?
⚡ It’s the speed at which decisions are made and implemented without unnecessary delay. In uncertain environments, hesitation increases risk. Momentum often becomes a competitive advantage.

Last week, our chapter participated in the Project Management Institute LIM as speakers for the first time.
We came up with the idea of a parallel to Star Wars, showing that the true "force" of volunteer "Jedi" lies in contributing to what they most enjoy doing.
We do believe that each person has an individual strength and potential for volunteering.
We were happy to bring this as a case study and share it with other chapters so they can replicate it as well.
And of course, we brought LEGO bricks and challenged groups to create a "brand" to represent their chapter.
It was a great session, and we want to say a big THANK YOU to all who came to support, guided us before, and shared a warm reception after.
May the Force be with you!

What is Adaptive Governance?
⚖️ It’s a flexible oversight approach where reporting, approvals, and controls scale according to risk and complexity. Not every initiative needs the same level of structure. Governance becomes proportional, not procedural.
