Northern Investments invites proposals from professional cleaning companies for a once-off cleaning job of our commercial premises following recent renovations. The premises are located next to Machabeng College, at College Park, Maseru.

Scope of Work:
The selected service provider will be required to:
Conduct a thorough post-renovation clean-up of all indoor and outdoor areas, including but not limited to:

• Floors, walls, and ceilings
• Windows and glass partitions
• Doors, fixtures, and fittings
• Bathrooms and kitchen areas
• Removal of dust, paint splatter, debris, and residue

Description of the building
We have two identical buildings in the yard, each building has top and bottom floor,
Each building has the following:

• 23 Offices
• 8 bathrooms
• 4 kitchens
• 4 Outdoors cubicle sink

Requirements:
Interested companies must submit:

• A detailed quotation
• Company profile
• Proof of similar work done (references or portfolio)
• Valid business license or registration documents
