Office of the Chairman
PROSA reaffirms its position that the University of Liberia campuses remain a no-go zone for all of those lawmakers who participated in the unconstitutional removal of Hon. Yekeh Y. Kolubah; calls on the president of the University of Liberia to transparently use the US $300,000 allocated in the supplementary budget for purching of busses for University students appropriately; condemns the recent statement by President Boakai, calling the Liberian people "DOGS".
Comrades and friends, members of the growing intelligentsia, slum and ghetto dwellers, the unprivileged class, conscious students of the republic, militants and cadres of the progressive Students Alliance, fellow Liberians, distinguished ladies and gentlemen.
The Progressive Students Alliance (PROSA) is a Pan-Africanist revolutionary institution firmly committed to defending and advancing the fundamental rights of students at the University of Liberia and the broader Liberian society. Our foundation is deeply rooted in the principles of egalitarianism, where justice, fairness, and equal opportunity are not privileges, but guaranteed rights for all Liberians regardless of class or background.
The pursuit of a just and equitable society remains the core mission upon which this institution was established. We believe in a Liberia where resources, opportunities, and national benefits are distributed fairly to serve the collective good of the people—not a privileged few. It is this conviction that defines our struggle and shapes our resistance against all forms of injustice, exploitation, and systemic inequality.
PROSA stands as a revolutionary student force rooted in the defense of the masses. We do not bargain with injustice, and we will never trade the future of the Liberian people for personal comfort, silence, or political convenience. Our foundation is Egalitarianism, and that is the line we will hold.
PROSA declares that the University of Liberia is a no-go zone for all state actors and lawmakers. It is a ground of intellectual struggle, student consciousness, and people-centered resistance. Any attempt by those lawmakers to set foot on the campuses of the University of Liberia, will be met with unspecified revolutionary action. The University of Liberia campuses are not a platform for corrupt officials to engage in political activities.
The removal of Hon. Yekeh Y. Kolubah raises grave concerns about the erosion of freedom of expression and democratic accountability. When voices are silenced in the halls of governance, the responsibility to speak shifts to the people—and students will not remain silent.
PROSA also demands full transparency and the immediate implementation of the $ 300,000 USD allocated in the supplementary budget to the University of Liberia Administration for the procurement of buses for students. The administration headed by Dr. Layli Marpayan must be conscious of the daily transportation constraints faced by thousands of UL students commuting to and from campus. Students continue to endure financial hardship, safety risks, and academic disruption due to unreliable and costly transport. This allocation was not for bureaucracy. It was for the students. Any delay, diversion, or misuse of these funds will be met with organized student resistance headed by the Avant-garde party. We demand a public procurement timeline and student oversight in the process.
PROSA strongly condemns the recent statement by President Joseph Nyumah Boakai referring to the Liberian people as "Dogs". Such language is disrespectful, demeaning, and unbefitting of a person who claims to be the father of the state. Leadership demands dignity, restraint, and respect for the people. To insult the very citizens you swore to serve is to erode public trust and violate the moral contract of governance. We demand a public apology to the Liberian people. The presidency is not a platform for contempt. It is a duty to uplift.
Let it be clear:
PROSA will organize, mobilize, and resist—relentlessly and unapologetically—through disciplined, collective, and revolutionary action.
We will expose hypocrisy in the youth and student community, challenge authority, and defend the rights of the student masses and the Liberian people wherever they are threatened.
We reject a political culture where leaders mortgage the future of the people for personal gain.
We reject silence in the face of injustice.
We reject any attempt to intimidate or neutralize student resistance.
The struggle for justice, dignity, and true democracy is not negotiable. We are prepared to sustain that struggle—firmly, boldly, and without retreat.
LONG LIVE THE AVANT-GARDE PARTY!
LONG LIVE THE REPUBLIC!
LONG LIVE THE MASSES OF OUR PEOPLE!
ALUTA! CONTINUA!

Office of the Chairman
Solidarity With Hon. Yekeh Y. Kolubah, District #10 | PROSA to Enter the House of Representatives for regular session.
PROSA stands in full solidarity with Hon. Yekeh Y. Kolubah of District #10. We condemn the unlawful, politically motivated, and weaponized decision by the House of Representatives to expel a duly elected representative of the people. This attack is not against one man. It is an attack on the voice of Montserrado County and on the people's right to dissent. PROSA resists this on every front.
We further notify the Leadership of the House of Representatives that, at the soonest possible date, PROSA as a Revolutionary institution will officially join the House of Representatives in attending your regular sessions. The people will no longer be governed behind closed doors. Where decisions affecting the masses are made, the organized voice of the students and youth will be present to observe, to record, and to hold you accountable. Prepare the gallery, because the owners of the country are coming.
PROSA calls on all Liberians to stand up against the despotic regime of Mr. Joseph Boakai. This regime has failed to defend our sovereignty, failed to protect our students, and failed to secure our economy. While Liberians suffer, reports of Guinea soldiers occupying our borders continue without decisive action from this government. We cannot call ourselves a sovereign nation when foreign boots dictate our borders.
Therefore, PROSA calls on market women, students, workers, bike riders, and every patriot: to rise and demand that Mr. Boakai reclaim our borders from the Guinean soldiers. Rise to reclaim our dignity from a regime that governs through fear and neglect. Liberia belongs to Liberians and not Mr. Boakai.
This is not a request. This is a revolutionary duty. The House must get prepared. The Executive must defend our borders or step aside. And the people must get prepared to take their country back.
The masses are awake. The students are organized. The struggle has entered a new stage.
LONG LIVE THE AVANT-GARDE PARTY!
LONG LIVE THE REPUBLIC!
LONG LIVE THE MASSES OF OUR PEOPLE!
