I’m pleased to be part of Sri Lanka AI Week 2026, joining the “Building an AI-Ready Nation” Strategic Panel to discuss how we can harness AI to shape a smarter, more connected, and future-ready Sri Lanka.

As AI continues to transform public services, governance, education, industry, and everyday life, building an AI-ready nation requires more than technology. It calls for the right people, skills, policies, infrastructure, and responsible innovation.

I look forward to contributing to this important conversation and exploring how AI can create meaningful opportunities for citizens, communities, and the nation.
