In this shared space, there was no pressure to perform, no “right” way to make art. Just colour, texture, movement, and emotion finding their way onto paper. What began as blank pages slowly turned into expressions of release, reflection, and quiet healing.

It was less about the final piece, and more about the process and the act of being present, of allowing feelings to surface without judgment, and of reconnecting with something softer within.

A reminder that healing doesn’t always need words. Sometimes, it just needs a brush, a moment, and a safe space to be.
