We are a subsidiary of Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC commenced its operations on 19th April 2004 as a Finance Company within the provisions of the Finance Companies Act No. 78 of 1988 as amended by Act No. 23 of 1991, which was subsequently replaced by the Finance Business Act No. 42 of 2011. Singer Finance (Lanka) PLC is registered as a Finance Company at Central Bank of Sri Lanka and it is an approved Credit Agency under Mortgage Act no. 6 of 1949 and Trust Receipt Ordinance No.12 of 1947.
