This house has been designed on a 6-perch plot in accordance with Municipal Council regulations. From the front, it appears larger than its compact size suggests. The total area of the ground and first floors combined is 1,350 square feet.

The first floor features a small room and a terrace, while the ground floor includes a garage, dining room, kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and one bathroom. The design thoughtfully incorporates the natural slope of the land, adding uniqueness to the structure. Ample sunlight and fresh air create a comfortable living environment, while the use of simple colors and clean lines enhances its modern yet elegant aesthetic. This well-balanced design maximizes both space and comfort.
