The Blue Whale (Balaenoptera musculus) is the largest animal ever known to exist, growing up to 30 meters (100 feet) long and weighing as much as 200 tons! Despite their incredible size, they feed almost entirely on tiny krill, consuming up to 8 tons every day during the feeding season.
