I had the privilege of conducting a full-day special needs workshop for the Good Shepherd Maria Training Center at St. Bridget’s Convent.

This session was truly meaningful — a space filled with openness, compassion, and dedication.

What made the day especially touching was listening to teachers share their own experiences, challenges, and heartfelt strategies in supporting children with special needs. Together, we spoke about seeing every child beyond labels and creating classrooms where differences are accepted, respected, and celebrated.

When educators come together with empathy and purpose, we move one step closer to building inclusive spaces where every child feels seen, safe, and valued. 💙

It was a true privilege to conduct a session on “Staying Motivated: Finding Your ‘Why’ in Learning” for the students of Royal Institute International School.

Motivation grows stronger when rooted in purpose when learners understand why they do what they do, every challenge becomes an opportunity for growth.

Through this interactive session, students explored self-awareness, goal-setting, and the power of personal purpose in shaping their academic journeys.
