04. To establish a counseling center including local and foreign trained peoples.
05. To conduct annual educational programs to help needy students
06. To make awareness of spirituality among everybody.

I am glad to inform that in the very beginning our missions have been honored by a generous Sri Lankan philanthropic family who have agreed to donate 160 perch ( one acre) a piece of their land for us to build this center nearby Colombo International Airport in Katunayaka where you can be reached within fifteen minutes by driving to the SCAC Center from the Airport. Five Years Plan and Implementation (2017 -2021)
Building structures and Estimated Cost
1. In this piece of land, we are planning to a build two story building for foreign professionals, well-wishers and local members to have their own meditation and spiritual programs in this location with ten rooms, one dining hall, visitor’s area, a medium lecture hall and utility facilities. Cost: Materials and labor $.21 million and
Internal requirements including furniture etc. $.27 millions
2. A multi-purpose three story building with special designed rooms for Admin & Information, Storages, Aesthetic meditation, Education, Counseling and Health care programs. Cost: Total expenses $. 46.5 millions
3. Parking lots for guests, visitor and workers
Cost: $.02 millions
4. Rest area for Visitors, Yogis and walking paths to meditation practitioners. Cost: $.04.5 millions
5. Create an environmental friendly atmosphere around the premise with an attractive garden and safety wall around the premise including main gate with CCTC security camera systems. Millions

6. Establish a language training center with language lab in order to encourage reconciliation among communities (Sinhala, Tamil, English, Chinese, Koreans Pali, Sanskrit and Japanese etc.) Cost: $. 37,5Millions

Financial Activities and Documentation
This Center mainly depends on donations from local and foreign well-wishers. All transactions carry out through the Sri Lankan government banks and maintain clear documentation in order see our financial situations. Organizational Structure
To administer this center smoothly, a management committee, educational committee, and advisory board including paid professional in the fields of management, counseling, Accountancy, education, religious and social works will be appointed . Staff members
