IRCC has just conducted the second Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draw in as many weeks, issuing 5,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) — a move that breaks the usual alternate-week draw pattern and signals strong momentum for in-Canada candidates.
🔻 CRS Cut-off drops to 515
This is the lowest CRS score for a CEC draw in 2025, down from the previous low of 518, and a welcome change after recent high cut-offs and smaller draws.
