Company founders combined the two terms "target" and "tree" into "Targetree", a name which in itself holds the desired meaning and message: reinforcing the value and meaning of work to encourage the understanding and grasping of the meaning and message behind the company's name i.e. building a "tree" of customers and encouraging the clients to produce "fruits" that will be the foundation to their success. Targetree's logo is quite unique in having combined both the tree and the target's arrow. As one can see, the arrow serves as the trunk, root and base of the tree and has taken the shape of the letter "t" which also happens to be the first letter of "target" and "tree". Brown and green are the colors used in the logo. Brown symbolizes honesty and dedication at work. It is also a sign of strong commitment to work ethics and principles in what resembles good soil that makes for a fertile land. Green symbolizes nature and productivity in what resembles a fruitful tree. It is also a color that is easy on the eyes and a sign of freshness and constant regeneration.

وقد إهتم مؤسسوا الشركة بجمع كلمة "تارغت" و كلمة "تري" و التي تعني "الشجرة الهدف" لغاية في القوة تعزز قيمة العمل وفحواه للحث على فهم وإدراك المعنى ومضمون إسم الشركة والذي يهدف إلى بناء شجرة من العملاء و حثهم لإنتاج الثمار الذي يكون أساس نجاحاتهم.
يمثل شعار Targetree علامة مميزة في جمعه بين سهم الهدف والشجرة فاتخذ السهم وكان أصل الشجرة , كما إتخذ الأصل شكل حرف التاء الإنكليزية والذي هو جامع بين أول حرف من كلمتيّ الشجرة والهدف باللغة الإنكليزية.
أما بالنسبة للألوان المستخدمة في الشعار فهي اللون البني و اللون الأخضر
أما اللون البني فيرمز إلى الصدق في العمل و الإخلاص و يدل على قوة التمسك بمبادئ و أخلاقيات العمل كتربة الأرض الصلبة الصالحة للزرع
لون الأخضر يرمز إلى الطبيعة وإلى الإنتاجية المثمرة كأوراق الأشجار المثمرة. كما أنه لون يريح النظر ويدل على النضرة و التجدد الدائم.
