This is a full-time, on-site role From 8.00AM till 6.00PM weekdays / Saturday till 1.00PM for an Order Processing Specialist located in Furn El-Chebbak Address.

Requirements:
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
- Follow up with customers to ensure their problems are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
- Experience in the Field is preferable, willing to start immediately.
- Team player
- Job Location: Furn el Chebback
- Preferably living in surrounding areas
