We’re excited to introduce Mat Pilates Sculpt with .s — a dynamic class that combines classic Pilates principles with sculpting movements and light dumbbell training to strengthen and tone the entire body.

What to expect:

• Low-impact, high-burn sequences
• Deep core work with focused arm & glute toning
• Controlled movements using dumbbells for extra strength

Monday & Friday 6:30pm — Wednesday 9am

All levels welcome — modifications always offered
