ثمة حالة نفسية نشهدها لدى اصحاب الطلبات مفادها أنه في حال إنتخاب رئيس للجمهورية فإن أسعار العقار سترتفع بطريقة جنونية ما يدفعهم إلى تقديم الطلبات إستباقا لتضخم أسعار العقارات، وهذا أمر نؤكده . كما هناك عامل آخر وهو أنه في حال حصول حل سياسي للأزمة السورية سيعود جزء كبير من اليد العاملة إلى سوريا لإعادة إعمار مدن وبلدات مدمرة، الأمر الذي سينعكس إرتفاعا في أسعار اليد العاملة .
وأيضا سيذهب إستيراد الحديد والترابة إلى سوريا، ما سينعكس إرتفاعا في الأسعار، أسعار العقارات من أراض وشقق، لذلك ننصح الراغبين بشراء عقار بالمبادرة إلى الشراء قبل حصول هذين الإنفراجين.
