The Syndicate of Professional Graphic Designers & Illustrators in Lebanon (S.P.G.I.L.)

has been founded officially in 1996 following the decree # 554/1 dated 19/11/1996. It includes graphic designers, illustrators, cartoonists, caricaturists and audiovisual animators, whether Lebanese or foreigners residing in Lebanon.
