We often say youth are the leaders of tomorrow.

But what happens when you stop saying that, and actually mean today?

We facilitated the closing program of the George Frem Foundation’s Youth Day, the third year running under the theme Ento Lebnen.

More than 150 young people filled the room. And for two hours, the work was not about inspiring them toward some distant future. It was about activating what is already there.

Confidence. Story. Belonging. Leadership, not as a title, but as a way of showing up.

We ran large-scale team activities, national morale moments, and community challenges designed to make one thing viscerally clear: together is not just better, it’s the only way this works.

Lebanon doesn’t need its youth to wait. It needs them to build right now, as the present generation, not a future one.

Thank you to the George Frem Foundation for trusting us with that room. Two years in, the energy only grows.

We witness people behave differently when challenged. Here’s a moment where the jump was genuine, committed, and full of momentum!
Not because he had more time or energy, but because he decided faster.

What looks like a simple move started to say a lot more about the team:

• Who commits when it counts
• Who reads the moment before it happens
• Who backs themselves under pressure
• Who plays for the team, not the point

We don’t script that, and we don’t fake it in a workshop, we design an experience that makes it show in real time.

At Wolfpack, we have worked with teams that looked fine on the surface. Delivering, aligned, no obvious issues.

But when we spent time with them, a different picture showed up.
Energy was low. Conversations were careful. Things that mattered were not being said.

Nothing was broken yet, but it was heading there.

And that is usually how it happens.

By the time it becomes visible, you are no longer building a team, you are trying to fix one.

That is why we focus on team health early. When it is still subtle, still manageable, still reversible.

There are moments that strip things back to what really matters.

What’s happening in Lebanon right now is one of them. It puts everything into perspective and reminds us that teams are not just about performance or structure. They are about people.

About checking in on each other.
About being present.
About standing together when things feel uncertain.

This is where leadership actually shows up. Not in titles or plans, but in how we choose to be there for one another.
