CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS – Healing Little Hearts Clinic❤️

The Cardiovascular Network (CVN), in collaboration with Heal Clinic, Little Doctors and Ibtisama NGO, is organizing a special pediatric cardiovascular screening day for 20 children from an orphanage on February 28.

We are looking for enthusiastic medical students who want to be part of a meaningful humanitarian and educational experience. Taking into consideration, you have to sign a confidentiality form at AUB 2 days prior so that you'll be able to come to the clinic.

*Date : Saturday 28 February*
*Time: 8:00 am till 12:00 pm*

Volunteers will gain:

✔ Early exposure to pediatric cardiovascular screening
✔ Recognizing murmurs, pediatric hypertension & obesity risks
✔ Practice age-appropriate cardiovascular history taking
✔ Hands-on vitals measurement (BP, HR, growth parameters)
✔ Communication skills with children & caregivers
✔ Experience in multidisciplinary teamwork
✔ Mentorship from clinical students & physicians

This is more than volunteering — it is learning medicine with humanity 🤍

Volunteers Needed In:

🩺 Screening team – vitals, BMI, BP
📋 History team – family & medical history
🎧 Education team – simple awareness to kids
📸 Media & documentation
🎁 Gifts & logistics
👩‍⚕️ Child guidance & organization

The Cardiovascular Network (CVN) is proud to officially launch Jamal’s Initiative, a humanitarian initiative founded in memory of Dr. Jamal El Jeshi a physician whose life was defined by compassion, service, and dedication to people before anything else.

Jamal’s Initiative represents the humanitarian heart of CVN, focusing on community outreach, health awareness, preventive care, and support for underserved populations. 

Jamal’s Initiative operates under the CVN umbrella, sharing the same mission, values, and identity, while carrying a special focus on humanitarian and community-centered projects.
