Impact doesn’t start with big ideas.
It starts with noticing, caring… and doing something small.

Today, our Machakos Leads program students are choosing the courageous path of starting. .

We wrapped up our final session with the LEADS class on such a high note.

Our conversations around community, culture, and social responsibility were honest, thoughtful, and really impactful.

It was amazing to see students start connecting their purpose with the right people and opportunities—thinking through how their ideas can actually create real change.

This may be the end of the sessions, but it’s definitely not the end of the journey.

We officially launched our LEADS class in Machakos in collaboration with Tuboreshe Pamoja Organization.
During the first session, the students were introduced to the program through an orientation and a foundational discussion on leadership.

We look forward to walking this journey together as we nurture purposeful, values-driven leaders who will positively impact their communities.
