The Africa Initiative for Rural Development (AiRD) is an integrated development program that embraces a market development approach to support rural livelihoods and improve the quality of life through increased rural income and civil society strengthening. The program's overall goal is to improve the quality of life and social well-being of target communities in Kenya and Africa through sustainable socio-economic interventions in food security, income generation, health and education.

February has been a busy and impactful month as our Learning for Life trainings were successfully conducted across Murang'a County, Kisumu County, Nyeri County, Embu County, Kilifi County, Kwale County, Nairobi, and Makueni County.

The trainings focused on life skills, entrepreneurship, and mixology, equipping participants with practical knowledge to enhance employability, foster innovation, and create sustainable livelihoods within their communities.
