Academy of Development Practice (ADP) is a college focused on revolutionizing the delivery of higher education in Africa, to ensure adequate preparation of development graduates who add value to the society. This is done by ADP's three key pillars which are superior course delivery materials, practical field based training and a large network of competent and experienced tutors. ADP understands that community work happens in a dynamic environment with diverse energies. The well-meaning objectives are exposed to cultural and norms miss-understandings, personality clashes, organizational structures finding it difficult to adjust to the needs at hand and collaborating with outside interests. For efficiency’s sake, innovativeness and accountability need to be built in the community development worker who shall positively affect his/her organization’s culture and structure. And thus the Academy of Development Practice’s (ADP’s) education approach that focuses on eliciting the genius of the student; to identify the structures, practices and attitudes that enable him/her to respond accordingly and accountably to the community.

B. the project sponsor announces the completion of the project
C. the product of the project is turned over to the operations area to handle the ongoing aspects of the project
D. the project meets or exceeds the expectations of the stakeholders
