Dear Clients, The insurance Amendment Bill 2018 has now been signed by the president into law.

Subsequently for all future insurance business.. The cash and carry policy takes effect.

In an event that the client does not have full premiums, Keysons was pro-active enough to negotiate better and efficient IPF(Insurance Premium Finance) terms with Commercial Bank of Africa(CBA) for her clients... I will be sharing the details of the same in this page.

For, Comprehensive motor Insurance, we have further negotiated a 40% 30%30% (minimum installment kes 10,000 unless it is the last one) credit terms with our partners.. That means we can do monthly certificates upto 3 times hence three monthly instalments using the above ratio or any higher ratio.

All mpesa paybill will be done directly to the insurers and all cheques should be drawn in the same manner.

For existing policies that we might have paid for the client.. Keysons will be paid directly but thereafter the law forbids us from paying on behalf of clients.

The officer will be reporting to the Principal officer and will be responsible for the following activities within the Keysons Branch Network
Responsibilities
• Preparation of Company Sales Budgets
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Renewal of existing Customer Business and generation of new direct Sales
• Overseeing Sales and Marketing Campaigns internally and externally
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Supervise and Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on client needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing
• Ability to prepare timely presentations and reports tailored to the audience needs
• 25 Years and above and not older than 35 years
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Proven work experience as a sales representative will be an added advantage

INSURABLE INTEREST DOCTRINE IN RELATION TO MOTOR VEHICLE OWNERSHIP

Many people buy vehicles and they dont transfer log books to their names. They go ahead to insure the vehicles in their names whilst the logbooks are not. They also fail to register the sale agreement as proof of a sale...

In event there was an accident, the insurers distance themselves from any form of liability citing the said principal.

If you have any vehicle registeted in the name of a third pary but you have the custody, always produce a sale agreement or any form of document linking you to the vehicle ( even a debt note)...once you have it covered then you have ligality to file a claim.
