Start checking for alignment, do you have similar goals, are you going in the same direction, what is your purpose in this life..? These and others similar are all good questions to ask yourself.

This applies to ALL relationship, romantic, business, friendships etc.. that's not to say you can't have pleasure, but if you want something long lasting, then purpose & alignment are key.🔑

Trauma bonding is when you're attached to a person who consistently betrays you in one way or another. Yet, you feel addicted to the abuser and panic at the mere thought of leaving. One part of you wants to leave, another, stay. This inner conflict usually stems from the abuser's confusing behavior, shifting from cruel to tender. You find yourself making excuses for their behaviors no matter how many times you get hurt. One of the reasons for trauma bonding is the attempt of resolving your childhood traumas through the destructive relationship,You try to get the abuser to change and love you even though they show little or no capacity for healthy love...💔💔

It takes longer for men to fall in love than women.

You see that first stage where it feels like you were meant for each, we women often fall in love in that stage. It is called the honeymoon stage. You can get enough of each time. Phone calls become phones, messages can not take two minutes without a response. The I miss you, I love you, don't want to lose you, apologizes for late replies, gifts etc

For some people, their honeymoon stage may last up to six months, while for others, two months and the third month they are losing their minds.

The real relationship starts after that stage. The real test begins.
Late replies without apology, promises to call and never calls till the next. Sometimes you may call and they don't pick up. They start to tell you how they have other things to do. Even gifting may stop. Inconsistency in communication kicks in.

They are doing all this drama to see what you can and can not tolerate. It's the tricky stage where if you are not strong enough to stand your ground and hold them accountable, you will always be begging for time and attention.

All relationships go through that stage and very few survive.
For some men, love may grow in their hearts when the woman breaks it off while most women who don't want to break it off, continue to endure and do all the best they can to feel accepted, loved and appreciated.

That love may never grow in his heart. Breaking a relationship off gives you clarity. If they want to stay with you or you lose them.

Don't be scared to end a relationship which drains you emotionally and mentally. When you are loved right, your glow will show. You will know it. You will feel it. The storms in that stage shouldn't last forever.

What happen, how do you feel when your wife is in a maternity room and you don't have any money with you. Just a cover of insurance which doesn't cover every bill there.??

Stop chasing stimulation. It's ok to be bored, to be silent, or be alone. Sometimes we need to detox from over stimulation and instant gratification to gain clarification and re-center our spirits and path.
