في المشاريع الحساسة…
الأمر لا يتعلق فقط بتوصيل الكهرباء
بل بكيفية حماية النظام بالكامل.
لهذا يتم اختيار نظام الفصل Form 4A في لوحات التوزيع.
- فصل الـ Busbars داخل حجرة مستقلة لرفع مستوى الأمان.
- كل قاطع كهربائي في قسم منفصل لمنع انتقال الأعطال (arc fault).
- اطراف الكيبلات الخارجية ضمن حجرة مشتركة مع القاطع ،هذا ما يختلف فيه عن Form 4B الذي يفصل اطراف الكيبلات ايضاً بين كل دائرة.
- صيانة أسهل دون التأثير على بقية الدوائر.
تفاصيل هندسية دقيقة…
لكنها تصنع فرقًا كبيرًا في الأمان واستمرارية التشغيل.
In critical projects...
It's not just about delivering electricity,
but about how to protect the entire system.
This is why Form 4A separation is chosen for distribution boards.
Busbars are isolated within an independent compartment to enhance safety.
Each circuit breaker is in a separate section to prevent fault propagation (arc fault).
-External cable terminals are located in the same compartment as their associated functional , which is where it differs from Form 4B, which also separates cable terminals between each circuit.
Easier maintenance without affecting other circuits.
These are precise engineering details...
but they make a significant difference in safety and operational continuity.
