Last night, I attended Women Over Dinner in Harlem, NY, and had an amazing evening.
The room was filled with stories of resilience, healing, and transformation. Shout out to , , and who center their mission on changing the lives of women impacted by the justice system. They are creating opportunities for women to be seen, heard, and supported in inspiring and incredible ways. I love it! ❤️
Healing doesn’t happen in isolation, but in community….
My Friday evening was simple amazing 😍, thanks to Sareena Titus, founder of Healing Hearts Support Group. She allowed me the space to speak with the women of her group. There was vulnerability, laughter, and a true sense of community in the room. The space she has created for these women is amazing, to both witness and participate in. I appreciated the opportunity to share with the women the impact of burnout and the importance of redefining what rest can look like. As women we wear so many hates and often carry the emotional and mental weight of everyone around us.
I had an amazing day today with an awesome group of ladies attending the Tamron Hall show. There were so many giveaways, lol. Shout out to Sareena Titus, founder of Healing Hearts Support Group, a group for women, for inviting me to be a part of the day. This was a reminder of the importance of connection and the value of being surrounded by other women.

The relationship with a mother can be a complicated relationship. Protective responses learned in childhood from this relationship can interfere with intimacy, communication, and trust in our intimate partner relationships. At the same time, it can also be the first relationship that models what nurturing, tenderness, and love should look like.
