Every chocolate is handcrafted with passion, precision, and unwavering attention to detail. Each piece is hand-painted with organic coloured cocoa butter, encased in fine Belgian chocolate, and filled with recipes created in the studio kitchen using Jersey Dairy and exceptional local ingredients, including Jersey honey, Black Butter, and rhubarb from my garden. Once sealed with a chocolate cap, the chocolates are carefully unmoulded and prepared for presentation in elegant luxury gift boxes.

But that is only part of the story.

Every box is packed by hand, one flavour at a time. Each chocolate is individually selected, arranged, checked, and placed with care. Menu cards are added, lids fitted, and every box is inspected before it’s ready to be enjoyed.

No factory. No production line. No packing machines.

Just one chocolatière, extraordinary patience, and meticulous attention to detail.

From painting moulds and creating fillings to packing the final box, every step is completed by hand here in Jersey.

Made with love, dedication, and a touch of obsession.

One of those satisfying stages where patience, temperature, and texture all come together. Soon these will be capped, unmoulded, and ready to be enjoyed. Perfect for a luxurious treat or a gift at a dinner party. Cheeky tip - bring out the chocolates when the coffee is served - that way you might get some 😉
