Today we’re taking a moment to recognise Graham, who has dedicated 25 years to Dunn-Ross Fisheries. His hard work, long days, and commitment shaped the stall into the much-loved spot it is today.

A huge thank you as well to Callum, who stood alongside him and supported the business over the years.

The stall is now in the hands of Conor and Kirsten, who are continuing its long-standing tradition at the Fish Market.

This December, we are proud to be supporting Young Enterprise Jersey by hosting student-run stalls at the Markets, with students from different schools across the island taking part throughout the month.

Young Enterprise gives students the chance to create and run their own businesses, helping them build skills in teamwork, creativity, and confidence.

Today we met the team behind Printed., a group of students from Victoria College, Jersey selling their own Christmas-themed T-shirts, perfect for festive gifting.
