Looking back at a successful BRRR early on in the year. This was a small 1 bedroom cottage that was not mortgageable. I had previously offered my cash offer however the vendor chose to go with a higher mortgaged offer and when I rang the agent a month later the deal had fallen through and my offer was then accepted. Another example of why you should always follow up your offers! I teamed up with a good friend throughout the process on this one which made the refurb and process really effortless. When the pot builds up from this one I am sure we will go again 🙌✌️ @ St. Helier, Jersey

Earlier this year I flew over to Birmingham to attend the run by .samuel ~ I felt the need to surround myself with likeminded people as I was feeling isolated doing what I was doing at home in Jersey! It was an amazing weekend chatting to other investors from all round the 🌎.. I learnt lots & it gave me the motivational boost I needed. I would highly recommend the course 🙌✌️🏠

It is obvious why they say kitchens & bathrooms sell houses 🏠 love the transformation of this bathroom I recently refurbished. Can’t wait to try some new ideas I have on the next one 👏👌🏻 do you prefer dark bathroom tiles or light? @ Saint Brélade, Jersey

Hi everyone my name is Will, I am currently 28 years young.

I am from the small island of Jersey in the Channel Islands 🌴

My ‘9 till 5’ is as an Aviation Firefighter which is great as I love helping people, however over the last 5 years I have come to realise that my real passion and excitement comes from dealing/talking/learning/anything to do with property!

When I was 23 I purchased what I would in later years realise to be the perfect BRRR deal.

Ignorance is bliss sometimes!

Refurbishing this townhouse as well as property prices soaring gave me the perfect platform to begin my journey 🏡

I have now just had an offer accepted on my 5th and biggest BRRR to date 😆.

I debated for a while whether to create this page however I thought there would be no better way to meet likeminded people from around the world and have been blown away by the messages and posts I have received already!
