Let’s continue our journey through the Italian regions and discover Trentino–Alto Adige!
A land of dramatic landscapes and deeply rooted traditions, Trentino–Alto Adige has a distinctive border culture shaped by centuries of exchange between the Italian world and the legacy of the Austro-Hungarian Empire.
The Dolomites dominate the landscape with their dramatic peaks and changing colors, while alpine lakes add an almost magical atmosphere.
The region is also renowned for its delicate and sophisticated white wines, made from grape varieties such as Kerner, Pinot Bianco and Gewürztraminer. Many vineyards grow on steep mountain slopes and at high altitudes, where working the land requires extraordinary dedication. This form of heroic viticulture produces wines that express the freshness, minerality and unique character of the Alpine territory.
The local cuisine reflects this fascinating cultural heritage, combining Italian flavors with Austrian and Tyrolean traditions.
Trentino–Alto Adige is a land of contrasts: Italian and German-speaking, Mediterranean and Alpine, shaped by mountains, history and a fascinating border identity.

Let’s continue our journey through the Italian regions and discover Toscana!
Tuscany is a land where history, art, wine and food come together in a way that feels completely natural. Its story begins long before the Renaissance, with the mysterious Etruscans, whose legacy can still be found in ancient towns, archaeological sites and traditions across the region.
Florence became one of the great cultural capitals of Europe under the Medici family, supporting artists and thinkers who shaped the Renaissance. Siena offers a completely different atmosphere, with its medieval streets, the magnificent Piazza del Campo and the passion of the Palio, one of Italy’s most iconic historic events.
Then there are the hill towns: Volterra, with its Etruscan roots and alabaster craftsmanship; San Gimignano, famous for its medieval towers; and Lucca, still surrounded by perfectly preserved Renaissance walls that can be explored on foot or by bicycle.
Pisa adds another unforgettable chapter, with its magnificent Piazza dei Miracoli, the Leaning Tower, the Cathedral and the Baptistery—an extraordinary ensemble that reflects the city’s medieval power and artistic ambition.
Tuscany is also one of Italy’s most celebrated wine regions. Sangiovese is the soul of many of its greatest wines, from Chianti and Chianti Classico to Brunello di Montalcino and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. Each territory expresses the grape differently, shaped by altitude, soil, climate and centuries of winemaking tradition.
The food is simple, seasonal and deeply connected to the land: ribollita, pappa al pomodoro, panzanella, handmade pici, wild boar, Florentine steak, pecorino cheese, extra virgin olive oil and rustic bread traditionally made without salt.
And no Tuscan meal is truly complete without Vin Santo and cantucci, the classic almond biscuits traditionally dipped into the sweet wine.
From Renaissance masterpieces and medieval villages to family wineries, countryside tables and unforgettable landscapes, Tuscany offers much more than a destination. It offers a way to experience Italy through its culture, flavours and people.

Let’s continue our journey through the Italian regions and discover Sicilia!
A land of light, sea, history, and unforgettable flavors, Sicily is one of Italy’s most fascinating destinations. Here, every place tells a story.
From the coast of Mazara del Vallo comes one of Sicily’s most precious treasures: the Gambero Rosso di Mazara, famous for its intense flavor, delicate sweetness, and unmistakable deep red color.
And then, of course, there is the Sicilian cannolo: crispy pastry, creamy ricotta, citrus notes, chocolate, pistachios, and a taste that immediately feels like Sicily.
In the east, Mount Etna dominates the landscape. This active volcano is not only a natural wonder, but also one of the most exciting wine regions in Italy. Its volcanic soils, altitude, and unique microclimate create wines with elegance, minerality, freshness, and strong personality.
Sicily is also a land of powerful and expressive red wines, from Nero d’Avola to Frappato, telling the warmer and deeper side of the island. And for a truly special ending, there is Passito di Pantelleria, a golden dessert wine made from sun-dried Zibibbo grapes, rich in aromas of apricot, honey, dried fruit, and Mediterranean soul.
Sicily is not just a destination. It is an experience of culture, food, wine, landscapes, and emotions.
